Product Owner & Business Analyst:

• Acting as a primary liaison between Client and Development team.
• Hands on experience of effectively analyzing the existing system / customer needs to convert the requirements to Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Document or User stories and get customer buy-in.
• Performing competitor analysis and doing market research to understand the current industry standards and requirements to formulate the User Stories.
• Supporting QA team in developing test cases to ensure completeness of testing and Users in User Acceptance Testing.
• Mitigate risk associated with project by anticipating and managing change effectively.
• Working in an agile environment to accommodate change in customer needs. Ensure delivering working software at the end of each sprint.
• Working knowledge of Product development lifecycle starting from Product Ideation to Planning to Development to Testing to Roll Out.
• Advising customer in product conceptualization to enable them in achieving their business goals with increased efficiency, enhanced effectiveness, and improved business results.
• Working with stakeholders to prioritize their needs and accordingly create product backlog and user stories.
• Extensively working with Senior Management in preparation of Business Plan & Strategy for product development
